Other Comments: I purchased this to toast bagels and large pieces of bread. I love the fact that the bagel control toasts only one side of the bagel. Another plus is the lever which allows you to lift the bread pieces higher so you don't have to go inside the toaster to retrieve your bread--no burnt fingers! This replaced my last Krup toaster which broke after 20 years of use--I'm glad I had to replace it!
