Other Comments: It is absolutely outrageous that I could not return this item for a refund after owning it only 2 wks to BuyDig because I did not have original box. As compared to previous coffee makers we have owned and used for years, this one did not make a comparable cup of coffee. We wanted a refund.What a waste of money.
