Review submitted for LG 47LM8600 47" 1080p 240Hz LED Plus LCD Dual Core Smart HD TV with Cinema 3D (LG47LM8600)
Pros: Fast Shipping, Amazing Price, Great picture, Great product
Cons: Getting Use To The Remote
Other Comments: My only regret is I didn't buy bigger, the way the screen goes to the edge of the set, means you can put a larger TV in a smaller space. I cannot believe the amazing price I got; I have friends that paid $700 more for the 6700 than I paid for the 8600.I got it for 1/2 the original Suggested retail, and 1/3 what I see it elsewhere for.
I recommend this product Yes, I recommend this product

Review submitted for LG 47LM8600 47" 1080p 240Hz LED Plus LCD Dual Core Smart HD TV with Cinema 3D (LG47LM8600)
Pros: Built-in Apps, 3D performance, Picture Quality
Cons: TruMotion, Lack of buttons on remote
Other Comments: So far the TV has been great. The 2D-3D conversion can add some interesting effects to normal programming, but I've yet to try a 3D Bluray movie. I have the TV connected to a Pioneer receiver via HDMI and my source is a Win7 PC. TruMotion makes the picture look very smooth with occasional "blips" so I tend to leave it off. I like my movies the way the were intended to look anyway.

Review submitted for LG 47LM8600 47" 1080p 240Hz LED Plus LCD Dual Core Smart HD TV with Cinema 3D (LG47LM8600)
Pros: Thin, Lightweight, Sturdy, Cool running, Green
Cons: Remote
Other Comments: I created a 3D entertainment wall in our master bedroom using this TV as the center piece. 7.1 audio etc. The TV has a very fast response time, beautiful color and contrast. Excellent picture. The 3D is as good as the theater and very user adjustable. The slender bezel and design are a huge plus vs. older models. There is nothing in the way or distracting. We are extremely happy with this purchase and would certainly recommend it. The passive 3D is awesome. The lightweight glasses are so much better than those heavy ones and you don't recharge them either! Couldn't have asked for a better set. There are so many Internet Apps it will take considerable time to discover all that is there. Now, this unit comes with a voice control remote. Don't expect any instructions on it's use in the manual or on the LG website, there aren't any. I found a video on Youtube that shows it in use, but I can only use it where you get a virtual keyboard like in the Web browser for searching etc. I can't get it to work for other functions such as volume or channel changing etc. The video shows that it does that, but I can't figure out how to make it work... Also the remote works by aiming it at the screen. Takes a lot of getting used to. Honestly I feel that they really didn't do well with this implementation. Overall we're very pleased!
