Pros: Amazing all around! My 11 year old son just got this gear for his bday. He plays rec and select baseball and all the boys from both teams were giving ooohs and ahhhs which totally boosted his confidence. I could even hear older brothers watching comment on the gear. We absolutely love it and this color was perfect
