Pros: shipped on time as promised . It worked when plugged up.
Cons: Too light. Pedestal just sticks in base , no screws or bolts for support. Pedestal slides down toward base during use. Fan just sets on pedestal or post with no bolts for support. Front and back fan cover fits together but barely stays on. The fan doesn't move much air for a Lasko. I am disappointed and would not recommend this fan. Buydig is a good company and our last purchase was great and on time.
Other Comments: They use Lasko fans at the Y and they work great but this was not a good Lasko.

Pros: Light weight and QUIET! I no longer have a lot of strength so the fact that this fan is light weight is a big plus making it easy for me to move around. I live in small quarters so being quiet is important to me. It has wide osculation so my whole room gets fully covered. For my room size I would rarely have to use the high setting. Low gives me plenty of cool air flow. On high this fan would be great for a large area. The adjustable head works well but I have not found I need it as yet.
Cons: I found that the adjustable height does not hold. It has a good range if it is a feature you feel a need for. I'm not sure if it is an over all problem as a product defect or if I just happened to get one that won't hold it's grip when adjusted and fastened into place. (It may well be that I am not able to screw it tight enough too so I am not sure if is the fault of the fan or me!) For my use the lowest height works well for me so it is not a problem and not something that would cause me to request a replacement or refund.
Other Comments: This fan is very nice looking but pictures can be deceiving. It is overall much larger than I had imagined it to be. The base measures 20" which aesthetically makes a big difference when you see it than its 18" description leaves in your mind. I would have prefered it to have been a little smaller than it is but it is a well functioning fan.
