Other Comments: Used on bigsreen TV as internal speakers are lame. Unit worked intermittently upon opening~~took apart WIRED remote and found ON/OFF switch was binding with the cover. Replaced cover and switch works fine now. Would be more convenient if remote was wireless, but for under $50, not likely. Bass is fine, not overwhelming. We have Stereo amp to use if wanted, this is for daily use (improved over internal speakers). Samsung's newest LCD TV's seemed to have better picture, but CHEAPER SOUND. They used to put speakers on the bottom, now located internally, causing VERY POOR sound reproduction, hence the need for this add-on.
