Other Comments: Used it with a 40" X 18" cargo rack to haul a load of firewood. The rear part of the flange (where the pin goes that keeps the cargo rack in the up position and pointed straight in the down position) bent so that the cargo rack now sits toward the passenger side of the vehicle. The receiver part seems to be very strong but the metal used on the top part that holds the cargo rack is just too thin. It might work well for light loads on smooth roads. The shifting weight easily bent the top metal flange. It was not overloaded.
