Pros: Simple Instructions, Powerful, Easy to Use, Efficient

Other Comments: I use this around the house, especially in the bathroom. It works great. THey should include a couple of regular brush heads (as opposed to the metal brush). Good for spot cleaning floors but I have an upright steam cleaner I use for the floors which I think is easier when you have more area to cover.
