The contract doesn't mention that, if your device goes for service first on the manufacturer warranty (which it has to be instead of Mack if the original warranty is still valid), and the manufacturer replaces the device instead of repairing it, you will have to pay a fee nearly the value of the Mack warranty to transfer their warranty to the replacement device. Some time has passed since I experienced this, so it is possible the warranty conditions are more apparent or have been modified.
