Pros: Holds firmly.
Easy to mount ( see below)
Great idea.
Good price.
Cons: Mounting is secure to a point. Extensions that are inserted in CD slot could be longer. Natural car vibrations cause some looseness. Mounting screw can be slightly hard to get to.
Phone, once mounted, does slightly block Nav/Radio/Sirius screen.
Other Comments: Regardless, I do like it.

Pros: Very easy to install and seemed to be built pretty well
Cons: I have a Galaxy Note 5 and It did slip out of my cd slot once and believe that I will need to check it periodically. I’m know the way my Snap 3 fits in my cd slot it won't hold up to the weight of my ipad without it falling out.
Other Comments: I’m not sure how long the ball swivel joint will last or keep its rigidness to hold up your device. MounteK might want to think about making the swivel part of the Snap 3 lockable so there would be no worries about the pressure fitted ball joint warring out.
