Both have given me problems with being able to hear the person talking on the other end. It's a little better if I use the radio option, but even then I find myself turning the radio all the way up, which also increases the static, and still at times is hard to hear. I also have been told that at times the person on the other end has had a hard time hearing me, but I haven't really focused on figuring that out because I've had the issue of hearing them and have been focusing on that. Well that is it's only con. It works well in my Camry where the distance to the car's antenna is only about 4 ft. In my Sienna, where it is closer to 8-10 ft. the signal gets very week. We tried to move it to the middle row of seats, but that was pretty flackey as well.Recommondations:If you need a good speaker phone period, get this device!If you have a smaller car it also will work as a Bluetooth/FM transmitter.
