Juice Pack Ruggedized Quick Charge Battery for iPhone, iPod and iPad - OPEN BOX

Pros: It was an awesome Charging pack for the Android smart phones (Galaxy Note2) & I-pads. My Galaxy Note 2 wouldn't even have half a charge with other power packs but this would charge it a couple times & almost charge i-Pad. Awesome & Fast & Solid Sturdy. Four lights for battery levels.
Cons: I can NOT get the Mophie to charge past one light! So i can not even get Mophie charged up and i have only had it a couple of monthes and used it ah maybe 20 times. Dissapointed in $129.00 Mophie that i only used minimal! If there is a life expectancy of 20 charges or so, i would have been alot more selective when juicing it up... Company should let customers be aware of short battery life.... Maybe it is a defective unit ???
