D80 Botvac Robot Vacuum for Pets and Allergies - 945-0179

Pros: This is my second NEATO . It was an emergency purchase since the first machine was having a battery fade and having two show dogs with lots of shedding I had to keep the hair from overtaking my home. I was pleased with the first one and the second robot does a very acceptable job too. It is less noisy which is great. I chose this brand due to the design which simply has to do a better job along walls and all the corners.
Cons: I am not so fond of the rapid display choices which roll by very fast so it takes me more time to see them and react without doing the menu a couple times first.
Other Comments: I too am disappointed with the lack of any humans to call when something doesn't work as the directions imply and at least get direction as what might be the problem.
