Pros: i LOVE THE NESPRESSO COFFEE/ESPRESSO MAKER----the price and service knocked it out of the park- i would buy another one tomorrow if there was another deal like the one i got- it was packaged and boxed with extreme care- everyone wants to come to my house to make espresso and latte' thank you
Cons: that i can't find another one at this price range
