Other Comments: The recorder works right out of the bubble pack. Voice is clear and understandable. It will be used for a quick reminder of a thought. Yes it does not allow you to tack on additional information, it will record over the previous message, but for the time when you are driving or don't have a pad and pencil it is perfect. I had bought a similar one made by Wagan, it did not work, battery was dead and after buying one for $5, it still did not work...The distributor sent me a replacement and it did not work either....believe me this is the best for this application. If you want to tack on to an existing message consider a more expensive one like the Olympus VN7200, which is not a keychain type...but does the job.
