The Otterbox, though I've only used for about a month now, has wholly served its purpose. You can feel the case is sturdy and would stay strong after dropping. It even feels stronger than the Defender Series I use on my iPhone. Like the iPhone case, the Otterbox makes the tablet much heavier--though I find this characteristic to be worth it. The stand is the coolest feature. You can set it on a low angle for easy typing and slightly harder viewing, or set it on a high angle for the opposite result. The stand is made of a thick plastic I imagine will last a long time. My only gripe is that you really have to press firmly on the home key button. There's just a hair too much space in between the case button and the iPad button, causing you to have to press much harder than you do on every other button on your tablet. Another, perhaps future, problem is the case is not air tight. I would not get it wet, and I wouldn't be surprised if, after a couple months working in agriculture, the inside accumulates debris. Overall, I would highly recommend this case to people for use outdoors for the tablet's protection without compromising functionality. The sturdiness might be a bit overboard if you work a white-color office job--but don't let me stop you! Yes, I recommend this product Was this review helpful?     |     Report this review
