Pros: It provides the information it advertises, the chest strap transmitter and the watch connect easily, and the signal from the chest strap connects to many of the aerobics machines at the gym so you can easily monitor heart rate.
Cons: But, monitoring one's heart rate on an aerobics machine that offers that technology is where it ends. In the "watch" mode, the time on the screen can be read from across the room. However, if you want to see your heart rate while working out, you need a magnifying glass or binoculars as the number are tiny. And, during exercising, it is even more difficult since one is hardly still when doing aerobic exercises, so the the movement of one's arm makes it even more difficult to read. Monitoring heart rate is a good way to exercise depending the desired results, i.e., cardio, fat burn, etc. But, if you can't see it easily, it is pretty worthless.
Other Comments: BuyDig's price was a fair price, but I believe that I could have bought a less expensive unit for which the primary information that the unit was made for was displayed in a larger format. The time is incidental and is only used to support the data that is being collected and used for fitness.
