I phoned and spoke to Customer Service and received no real assistance- we determined that it would be best that I return the item. i was told a shipping label would be mailed for the item return- to date it has been nearl two weeks, nothing has arrived in the mail - and I am still in possession of an item that I was overcharged for. Very Poor Service - do not recommend this item, nor any promotional items offered by this vendor.
