Other Comments: I have the phone system hooked up to an X-Link blue tooth device that allows up to three cell phones to link up to the device and it has unique ring tones for my wife's cell phone and my cell phone. When we leave our cell phones in the bedroom near the X-Link hooked up to the base phone, the base station rings all five phones and we can tell whose cell phone is ringing. This eliminates the need for a land line, yet all five phones give access from all areas of the house. The connection from the base to the extension phones is clear to even the farthest phone, which is 70' away. The answer machine also works well with this set-up.
