I also love the fact that it announces who is calling before you pick up the phone as well as the caller ID. You can also add callers to a contact list on the phone. The only problem I see so far is that the ringtone we set doesn't always work when the phone rings. There are other features that I'm sure my husband will figure out. All-in-all, I love this phone.
