Pros: Variety of Uses, Easy to Operate

Other Comments: I had never used a pressure cooker before. This one was simple to set up and use. Like the reported health benefits of pressure cooking. Seems durable enough, but still light enough to store on a high shelf. I will need to keep practicing, because pressure cooking takes some getting use to and some trial and error to master the technique (like anything else) . Finally the price was right!
