Pros: Easy To Use
Cons: Unreliable
Other Comments: The heart monitor is virtually useless as it extremely hard to site so that it gives a consistent reading. The strap that holds the monitor is too thin and weak, you do not get a consistent contact on your chest. The monitor climbs up to 200BPM when it feels like it.
