The head seemed too lightweight to use with my heavier lenses. So tilt and pan were usefull but 90 deg was limited. for the price hard to beat. Has full range of motion like a full out tripod, unlike other monopods. Excellent height, one of the tallest I've seen. Love the fold out foot pedal, adds a lot of stability. Add that with the adjustable tip on the bottom for various terrain this is the most stable monopod I have found. Light weight and comes with a nice carrying case, too.
