Review submitted for Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2" Black 32GB Tablet - 1.9 GHz Quad Core Processor (SAMSMT9000ZKA)
Pros: Huge bright screen, very good quality picture for watching movies. Speakers are good and the layout is nice (typical Samsung). Good SoC (processor) but...
Cons: But a bit of lag due to the way the 4 faster processor cores hand off tasks to the 4 slower cores to conserve battery life. Makes running multiple apps and navigating around a bit of laggy, for such an expensive tablet. I could tell the difference immediately, when I moved to the Note Pro LTE version (Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC). I also had issue with the touch screen on mine... it didn't seem sensitive enough for my touch. Had to download an app to change screen sensitivity, just to cruise around and open apps with the slightest of ease. I actually ended up having to send mine back... there was an issue with the WiFi slowing down dramatically, when Bluetooth was turned on. After 4 hours of Samsung tech support, they couldn't figure it out either. The WiFi only version also charges very slow, as compared to the LTE version.
Other Comments: Although $250 more, the Note Pro LTE version I have changed to seems much snappier (lag free), no issues with full WiFi speed with Bluetooth on or off. And the Snapdragon version charges much faster (SoC enabled rapid charge).
