I upgraded from an LCD 46 inch to this LED 55 inch. The picture quality is incredible. It really is something to see and really makes my blu-rays pop. Only two things somewhat bother me. During dark scenes you see the light bleed out of the corners and the sound quality is eh at best. Def need a surrond sound with this bad boy. Verified Purchase Review submitted for Samsung UN55D6000 55 inch 1080p 120hz LED HDTV (SAMUN55D6000) Pros: Energy Efficient, Very thin, Great Picture Quality, All the connections options I could ever need, Easy To Set Up, Good contrast, Good Remote Control Cons: Other Comments: The set has an almost 3d quality to the picture. No lag observed even when watching fast action. Only downside for me was that the TV has noticeable flashlight effect on pure black scenes. (light is bleeding in from corners) I have seen this on other LED edge lit sets too. Overall very good picture quality and contrast. The Smart TV streaming functions are great. I watched a full HD movie from VUDU and it looked perfect. Also it was nice to get software upgrades for the TV just by connecting internet cable.
