Pros: Tv was shipped next business day. It was packed inside a larger box with lots of bubble wrap to ensure delivery without being damaged. It was an open box and appeared to be brand new except a couple very small marks that can only be seen under led flashlight standing a foot away. The picture is bright, crisp, and color is vivid. No problem registering with Samsung for warranty and or customer support.
