It works amazing with my Canon 40D camera, expecially, in the AI Focus and Servo mode in high speed continous shooting setting and with the flash on. That "BUSY" little sign is completely gone in these settings. Before I had gotten this new CF card, i used to be so frustrated when this little "BUSY" sign would show up in my viewfinder and would stop me from getting my shots. Now, it is wonderful. I just keep the shutter botton down and the camera keeps on taking pictures after pictures until I take my fingure off it. I LOVE IT!
