Other Comments: Great overall product. The only problem is that you must download a seagate driver to use the external hard drive with Windows. This is fine for my personal computer but makes it a hassle for using on school computers or office computers with networks that don't allow downloads like that. The item description simply said that it is compatible with Windows and Mac, so it would have been nice if it mentioned the driver download.
