Pros: Fast / accurate auto-focus, Easily Interchangeable, Strong Construction

Other Comments: I just used this lens to take photos and videos at Disney World. I took alot of night shots of fire works and light displays that were wonderful. Very clear, crisp output. I wanted a lens that would do both close and telephoto shots as well as good night shots and I got it.

4 out of 5 stars   Nice Lens

Review submitted for Sigma Wide Angle Zoom 18-200mm f3.5-6.3 DC OS (Optical Stabilizer) Lens for EOS DSLRs (SG18200SEOS)
Pros: Strong Construction, Easily Interchangeable, Consistent Output
Cons: Heavy, Slow Focus, Difficult to Clean, Poor in Low Light
Other Comments: This lens although it gets a bit heavy on long walks is a great lens because although it is on the heavy side it provides a great maximum zoom and a 1.4 teleonverter is a perfect accompionmentfor it. I used it In dc and was able top take wonderful close ups (not macro level)of artifacts and exhibits bcause of it starting at an 18mmand goin up to a 200mm (not includong teleconverter). Overall I love this lens but I feel its missing something that definetley should be there im not sure what it is but it may just be weight or shooting somewhat foggy in low light. Which brings me to my next point on this lens which is a con. The one large con on this lens is the fact that it shoot somewhat foggy in lowlight because on my canon rebel xt if the ISO isnt set up to 1600 or auto you usually have a relativley long shutter close up which alllows the target or focal point to move thus giving poor quality on the finished shot with whispy outline if its somewhat clear. However since I use thuis maily for high light conditions and the outdooors I think it is a great lens for anyone that like to get bsharrp and good photos of wildlife while maintaining a distance and of course without going over the top and bombing your wallet. Great lens for the money and an especially great lens for the casual lens and beginner because of its wide range of uses yet still has those great qualities that make it sophisticated enough and work well enough on a daily basis for any pro or semi-pro to use as a primary lens.
