Pros: This is a good DVD player. Because it's a Sony, it works on our Sony TV very well.
Cons: The installation instructions were not "user friendly" so it took us a long time to figure out how to make it work the first time. The people who write the instructions should be kinder to senior citizens. Not all of us have little kids nearby!
Other Comments: Maybe someone in your company could rewrite the instructions and make them easy to follow. Then you could add them to the box along with the ones Sony included.
