Pros: Very handy and compact. Takes quality video at wide angles. I got a great price from Beach Camera. The wristwatch type remote viewing device has gotten some bad reviews, but my girlfriend & I love it (he he). We don't wear it. Just take a look at it once or twice. Let's you know whether or not you're in frame & how close. I need to get this working on my Android HTC M8 so that it's large enough to really get a feel for what you're viewing. Also, I easily found a connecter among the many sent that would work with the tripod that I already own. It's a Vivitar for a completely different device. Splash proof case is handy for traveling around with. Protects the cameras high quality Zeiss lens. Records forever as long as your giving it a cool down period in between. I've got a 64GB micro SD card in mine that I've not come close to running out before having a chance to download all video onto a laptop. Just got back from a weeks vacation & didn't miss a thing, & never downloaded until I returned home. Also, a professional video & photographer that was present at the wedding that I just attended told me that his professional video camera (probably costing at least $2000) also heats up after about 15 minutes & needs a cool off period. He also admired my little device quite a bit.
Cons: No zoom that I can figure out yet. Remote viewing screen is too small to be of great use. No carry bag for camera, but like I said previously, the splash proof case works fairly well for that. No lights, or indicator of any kind, on remote device to tell you if it's charging, charged, or what. The camera will get hot after about 15 minutes of hot action & will shut itself down to cool itself off, but then turns itself back on within a minute or two. Hasn't proven to be a real problem. Just so long as I know that it will do this. Very expensive video camcorders also do this.
