Pros: I just took my first flight wearing the Sony headset. I was floored with the noise cancelling. It almost completely silenced the noise of the jet engines. What a difference.
Cons: They don't fold flat.

MDR100 h.Ear on Wireless Noise Canceling Bluetooth Headphones - Charcoal Black
(SNMDR100K)
Pros: Noise cancelling. It's pretty good at cancelling out things like air conditioning and fans, but it doesn't do much to voices. I work in a talkative, open environment and I find that I am completely unable to hear others when the volume is set above 40%. Usual listening volume for me is around 75%, and it gets quite loud closer to full volume.
I wear glasses and I have no problem with these headphones. I actually wish there were just a bit smaller (length of band) but I do have a small head. I usually find that I have to take a little break every 2 hours or so while using them. They are a bit heavier and tighter on the head than other headphones that I have, but these do stay in place pretty well compared to others.
I've been quite impressed with the audio quality, too. I have Sennheiser 558 to compare to. They have significantly more bass, but it's not too much. (The 558s just have weak bass, really) I think the sound gets a little sloppy at the upper volumes. Highs and mids are good for a closed headphone. I actually like these much better for the music I listen to compared to the 558s, but the 558s are better for videos/TV shows/movies since they have more separation between the sounds.
The design is very clean. I haven't noticed it attract much lint like other headphones do. The hardshell carrying case is nice, but it's a bit of a tight fit as you have to collapse the headband entirely to make them fit.
Battery life is incredible. Audible indication of battery status with a press of the button.
Cons: Can't store/easily switch between bluetooth devices. I use three devices with these headphones: my phone, my work computer, and my personal computer. Although these devices remember the headphones, the headphones only remember one device at a time. It takes less than 30 sec to unpair and reconnect, but I wish there was an easy toggle.
There is some sound leakage, which is bad for my office, so I keep them at less than 50%. I found that between 40% and 50% is the sweet spot for the office since I want to be able to drown out the outside noise without disturbing others.
Buttons on the left ear (noise cancelling toggle, power) are difficult to find by just feeling for them since they're flush.
Other Comments: The microphones for calls are just decent. I think they could use a bit of better placement, as people on the other end noted I was a bit hard to hear. I think it would also be nice to have the ability to hear my own voice while talking, especially with noise cancelling.
A lot of people compare these to the Bose QC 35s, but those are almost double the price ($350 vs $179 when I purchased these). Just note that the QC 35s (as far as I know) only have a little benefit in noise cancelling, but actually have worse audio quality. The Sony MDR 1000x are a real upgrade, but those are significantly more as well. My coworker has those, and they're honestly not a big difference. I like my case much more than his (h.ear on's is significantly smaller), and the controls are much more simplified and less gimicky on the h.ear ons. His noise cancellation is no doubt better than mine, though.
All in all, if you're able to get these for less than $200 (I got them for $179 on here), I highly recommend them.

MDR100 h.Ear on Wireless Noise Canceling Bluetooth Headphones - Charcoal Black
(SNMDR100K)
Pros: Look great, comfortable, easy to pair over bluetooth and the sound is amazing. Noise cancelling makes a very dramatic difference to the listening experience, would find it hard to go back to normal headphones now!
Cons: Noise cancelling makes a weird fuzz noise if you aren't listening to music although you won't notice it if listening to something.
Would be nice if the ear cups rotated as well as tucked. They're a little bulky when stored away.
Also the audio quality isn't quite -as- good over bluetooth compared to wired. But thankfully you can plug a wire in if that bothers you. Also Android phones are getting Sony's LDAC bluetooth codec with the android N update, so it will be as good soon!
Other Comments: Wish I had a pair of these years ago

MDR100 h.Ear on Wireless Noise Canceling Bluetooth Headphones - Charcoal Black
(SNMDR100K)
Pros: -over the ear
-quickly pairs with my iPhone 7
-excellent noise cancellation (on par with Bose Q25 which I own)
-easy controls to pause/play and volume up/down
-very comfortable; I wear them at work for hours to quell the talking
-I wear glasses and they are still very comfortable
-battery life is excellent; a full week on a single charge; charge indicator on the phone when paired
-sound quality is outstanding; crystal clear sound and the bass is clear
-stylish
-can be used wired as well as wireless; noise canceling works in both
-folding with a case
-rechargeable battery
-voice prompts to tell you power on & paired
Cons: I can't find one issue!
Other Comments: What a great pair of headphones! For the price, the performance is excellent! I was skeptical but the sound is clear and rich. The Bose Q25 was clear (and wired) but fell short on the lows. Can't wait to try them on the plane. But given the performance in the office, I believe a planes constant hum will be no problem.
