Pros: Compact, convenient, easy to use. Nice looking.
Cons: Speakers are not powerful enough to produce the sound quality we've now become accustomed to. Front panel of unit a little hard to read.
Other Comments: My 88 year old Mom wanted to listen to her 50 year old records. I bought this device bc it was affordable, and she would also be able to listen to her old cassette tapes (it also has a CD player and a radio.) Though it probably doesn't sound any worse than record players sounded back in the day, these speakers can't reproduce the sound we are now accustomed to. Who knows, maybe it's the records themselves!
