Other Comments: This was a Christmas gift for my grand daughter. When she opened it it had several chips and other flaws. Buydig was called and immediately sent out another one. The first guitar was shipped in a box without a wrapper or any protection around it and the box was quite damaged, so this could be the reason for the damage. The second one was wrapped totally different my daughter said,with a protective wrapping. The guitar sounds wonderful, so have no problems with the guitar itself. I do think they could be in a strongr box.
