Cons: Freezes Up, Slow, Heavy
Other Comments: I bought this product brand new less than two months ago I ordered a white one and instead a brown one but decided to give it a try but this is by far one of the worst laptops I have ever used it shuts off randomly all the time no matter what your doing and has made me fail several online tests for college my fan squeaks and for no reason half the time it won't connect to the internet and when I tried to get it fixed or replaced I was put on hold for 45 minutes right before they did nothing to help I would recommend this product to no one poor craftsmanship Poor service

Other Comments: Being the first Toshiba, or more, the first Japenese brand laptop I've ever had, this one is still being explored. So far, everything is good enough except the noise of the fan. Looks like it starts spinning on full speed even if it's not getting overheated.
