Other Comments: This laptop seems to be designed well. However, I wasn't able to really use it since I spent most of the time troubleshooting it. I ran well but had an issue where it wouldn't shut down, and it kept hanging on internet explorer. Buydig allowed me to return it with no issues. I appreciated the quick and easy return. I the new one performs better
