I can now prepare enough to last 2-3 days. The non-stick surface is a "no-brainer" -- just use silicon utensils and wash up will be a breeze. What's not too great is that the pan is difficult to store away because I live in an apartment with a small kitchen so I'll probably have to find some wall space or keep it in the oven when not in use.
