Faulty Product - No Repair Reimbursement

Pros: Nice Sound If Hard-wired
Cons: Bluetooth Has Hum
Other Comments: I bought this speaker system as a gift for my granddaughter to use with her portable music player. When connected via bluetooth the speakers had a noticable hum. I contacted the manufacturer. They offered to send a lower-cost replacement (with no refund of the difference to me), assuring me it would sound very good. I agreed, and the replacement worked fine. However, the manufacturer charged me $9.99 for them to check out the equipment they originally sent, and I had to pay another $35.30 to ship it back to them. I asked for a refund of these two out-of-pocket expenses, since the equipment had the hum from the start. The manufacturer refused to refund either expense. I do not plan to purchase any of this manufacturer's products in the future.

Pros: Good Sound When Plugged I
Cons: Bluetooth Feedback
Other Comments: Good sound when plugged in, but noticable feedback when using the Bluetooth setting.
