Pros: This pouch is actually too big for the smallest Swiss Army Knife, but if you extend the fingernail tool and then put the knife into the pouch, it fits perfectly. If you don't extend the fingernail tool, you will have a tough time getting the knife out of the pouch when the pouch is hanging on your belt.
I have carried a small SAK in my pocket for many years, but I can't remember how many times I lost my knife because it slipped out of my pocket without me knowing it. That doesn't happen now.
