Pros: Heavy Loading Capacity, Looks Nice
Cons: Needs To Be Made Better, Needs to be stronger, Needs A Better Head
Other Comments: I use it for the xl2. I wouldn't recommend it for heavy cameras over 8lbs

Cons: Limited Weight Handling, Typical Plastic
Other Comments: Great for traveling. Good to have in a pinch, just don't depend on it as your main tripod support. Not for Medium Format cameras.
