Pros: A new item for $200 less than other retailers. Great customer service. Relatively quickly shipment times.
Cons: First attempt ended with a broken item (Damaged in shipping) had to process a return and then wait for replacement. They use FedEx for there shipment needs. I've never had good luck with there deliveries. Even though the replacement item came in good working order the box labeled fragile still had a small hole in it and several dents in the shipping box. Wish the would use UPS and offer quicker shipping on such expensive items.

Pros: Great picture easy set up. screen follows the brightness or darknes of the room and adjust automatically
Cons: Television is located in a bright room and therefore has lots of reflection.
Other Comments: Channels for 4K viewing are limited only 1 received for free. Guess have to wait untill more channels switch to 4K. probably wil be awhile...

Pros: This TV is so beautiful! I have an Xbox One & PS4 plugged into it as well as it used as a 2nd monitor for my Macbook Air plugged in via a thunderbolt to HDMI cable. This replaced my 27" Acer monitor and with this 4K Vizio, I can not see any pixels as my viewing distance is only around 2.5 feet

Pros: Easy set up. Excellent picture and clarity. Sound is good and works good with my Vizio Sound Bar and Sub Woofer. Haven't worked on Smart Tv process so I can't really rate that.
Cons: Should have a light that indicates if TV is on or off. Does have one that lights for short period to show when it turns on or off.
Other Comments: I like it alot and glad I got extended warrenty. I'm waiting to see if the station makes Tv have a loud crack from commercial to program or if it is the TV itself.

Pros: So far ,everything is great. Beautiful picture. Package arrived on time and undamaged from Fedex.
Cons: I'm 77 years old with the usual eye issues... so a larger Visio hand held controller would have been nice. None the less, overall, the Visio television is every bit as good as I was led to believe. TW tells me it will be a long time before they broadcast in 4K due to equipment availability and cost. Netfliks may broadcast in 4 K , but have not tried it yet.
Other Comments: Since I have a cable subscription, I was surprised I had to use the Time Warner set top converter and hand held controller for cable channel changes, etc. I did not expect that. I thought everything was built within the television and I could get rid of the old cable box and their hand held controller forever. TW tells me all brands have to use their set top box...bummer!

Pros: Arrived quickly in perfect condition.
Cons: This TV had great reviews but I hate the picture. The color is weird, there's a haziness always present, and no amount of adjustment has helped. Plus unless you view it from directly in front, the picture becomes horrible. The sound is so so. If it wasn't such a pain to return it, I'd send it back and spend a little more on a better set. I would not recommend this.
