Pros: We bought this system to cover the rooms in our house. I was really pleasantly surprised of the quality of the calls and most importantly the great range of the handsets. After installation I took one of the handsets outside to see how far it would work from the house...I kept walking until the edge of our property which is 400ft. from the house (We own 19 acres). I was shocked when I still had a perfect signal and was able to call on the phone and the intercom from the handset from outside 400 from house where the base was. I was am so happy with this system I ordered another handset for it (It ca take a total of 5 handsets) and I'm going to put that handset in my garage/mancave which is 200ft. from the house so for the first time I'll have a phone there in addition to my Skype Internet phone which is what I used before.
Cons: No real cons. Our previous phone system had a caller ID display in the base as well as the handset but this has the caller ID only in the handsets. Not a big deal but that's the only CON I can think of for this system.
Other Comments: I got this system for $56 delivered and found an additional new handset for it online for $16 delivered so I have a great range telephone system and intercom system with 5 handsets for $72 total. Good deal.

Pros: Phone works well. Not as long a range as my old motorola but sufficient. Phone was at my door next day with free shipping. Awesome service and great price.

Pros: Update needed for older home phones. Easy to install and program. Battery life is very good so far. Range covers my whole house and can reach to the garden so it appears to caver a 1 acre lot.Placement of the remote units is easy, just plug int a power outlet and your done. Very clear voice quality and the speaker phone is powerful.
Cons: Using with an Ooma system so I have not tried out the answering machine part, so I cannot comment on that
