Pros: 6' tall with 34" shirt sleeve length, when received originally I weighed 260, now down @225lbs, they have no problem holding me while I do my full ab routine (15min) in total. Very, very comfortable on arms and allow you to solely focus on building a strong core (as they were intended & designed to do).
Could not be more pleased
Cons: perhaps offer more than just one color option... (i.e. red, yellow, neon green, neon pink, neon blue) to attract a newer generation of enthusiasts.
Other Comments: Definitely would recommend to friends and family members.
