Other Comments: I purchased this grill almost 2 years ago, We have a 3 person family so the larger version wasn't warranted.
This grill rocks... Never had one where the electric start works the same on day 700 as on day 1. The enameled, cast iron grates are .. well ... great. They hold the heat, and make excellent sear marks.
Using just the one burner, you can do fantastic indirect cooking like ribs and plank cooking of fish. The flavorizor bars are excellent too. Not just keeping direct flames from the food, they keep the fat from igniting and smoking everything horribly.
This thing flat rocks in the even heat department, and the bonus is that the grill thermometer is extremely accurate. I tested it with an oven thermometer. That really helps with being able to set a single burner and rely on the grill to remain a constant temperature, especially while indirect cooking things like ribs/pork loins and chickens.
The coolest thing is that all the OEM replacement parts are available at your local home improvement stores. No, cheap, short lived, universal replacement parts needed.
It is a great grill and I would buy it again in a heartbeat, but I must admit, in hindsight, for $100 more the larger 3 burner version would come in handy for some of the larger gatherings we have hosted, as well as being able to indirect cook more than 2 racks of baby backs.
