Other Comments: I bought this griddle because I wanted to make homemade tortillas on my gas grill. I quickly discovered that it is perfect for fajitas as well. The griddle is no-stick as advertised, heats quickly and easily, and is a cinch to clean. An added bonus is that it worked beautifully on my stove-top as well (though that is not its intended use). I used it to finish off my meat and veggies, and was able to transport it straight to a trivet on the table, to the delight of my guests. It kept the food warm and doubled as a platter at the same time. I've used it several times and am thrilled with the performance and the price. Plus, the size is just right - enough for food for 4 people and still leaves room on the grill. I think it's a must have.
