Pros: Arrived in perfect condition. Easy to use. Easy on the eyes. But, it's huge. I will have to buy a shelf so that I can use the space above it. The light comes on when you open the door and while it's cooking. The microwave will beep intermittently when something is done cooking and you haven't retrieved it. It has a timer and the defrost by weight program works perfectly. The quick settings work perfectly. I didn't have to punch in the time that I wanted to reheat my tea and the tea was reheated at the temperature I hoped for. Not silent, but not too noisy either. The door opens and shuts smoothly. I look forward to trying the suggestion in the instruction book about how to get rid of odors using the juice and peel of a lemon. So far none of the odors from the food I have cooked / reheated have accumulated. The interior smells like it hasn't yet been used, but then again its still practically brand new.
Cons: The instruction booklet is not as clear as it could be. I almost removed something from the interior of the microwave that I wasn't supposed to touch because the instructions were unclear.
Takes up a lot of counter space.
Other Comments: IMPORTANT: Do not remove the cardboard-looking piece that is covering the "wave guide."
