The blender crushes & mixes everything well and evenly. It has cut down, by a lot, the time it takes me to make a smoothie. It's simple to operate and very easy to clean. I really enjoy it and it works far better than a regular blender. Many of the reviews said it's loud when operating although I disagree. The blender is quiet. The only downside, and it's not a big deal, is that it doesn't crush thick ice as I thought it would. I have to let the ice melt a bit before I can crush it. However, it does crush ice chips well.
