Pros: This is exactly what I wanted. A computer bag with room for all I need on a daily basis plus some paperwork, and it has space for an overnight business trip clothing change. Contrary to some other reviews, the bottom of mine does have padding for the computer, and plenty of space for accessories. The computer seems to be well protected overall. Extensible handle seems sturdy for towing, and the sewn handle for carrying is very comfortable. The bag itself seems to be extremely well made, and the zippers are robust. I expect this to last a very long time.
Cons: It would be nice to have a shoulder strap for another alternative method to carry, but I'll take it as it is.

Pros: This bag has several sections to hold cords, external drives, notebooks, etc. The handle works nicely, and the wheels roll to make carrying my laptop and other necessities a breeze.
Cons: I bought this bag to replace one that's seven years old. It has one less section. However, I do love the bag!

Other Comments: Haven't use this long (only a week), but it seems to be a good lapgtop piece of luggage. However, this piece is NOT for a 17" laptop!!! I have a 17" and it is a tight (and I mean TIGHT!!) squeeze to fit into this thing. I essentially had to use the main storage portion beside where the laptop is supposed to go to fit my laptop inside this. I like the case, so I'm going to go ahead and keep it and see how long it lasts. Construction seems to be good overall. If you have true 17" laptop, BE ADVISED THAT THIS WILL BARELY!!! HOUSE YOUR LAPTOP!!! If you have a smaller laptop, this is (IMO) a good piece of luggage for the price to own.
