Pros: I love this little device and have it on all of my cameras and have given it to all of my friends as a Christmas present. It allow me to have my flash off center, but what I love the most of is, that it gives me grip for steadier camera handling while shooting picks and also a carrying handle when I am outdoors and walking about.
Cons: None!
Other Comments: The flash holders could have been designed with a grove in center to accommodate ETTL devices. I have permanently mounted small adapters to enable the use of ETTL flash or wireless ETTL adapter etc.

Other Comments: I was told over the phone I could attach a light with a 1/4" bolt but that is false. You can only use lights with a hot shoe/cold shoe fitting. Now I have to return the item.(The camera attaches with the 1/4" bolt.)

Other Comments: I had this bracked on my Canon 5D Mark II for four years and wanted to add one on my spare camera as well as gits for my photo friends for this Christmas. It is ideal for steady shots since it makes it ideal place to hold the camera steady. I also cary my camras by the handle. Naturally mounting flash unit up and off-center is best way to shoot flash filled picks.
