The Skillet with More Cooking Skill
Frying pans and griddles used to be the only equipment for cooking breakfast foods like omelets, bacon and sausage. But the problem is, they conduct heat from the bottom, so you have to flip food over to cook it evenly on both sides. Not so with the Breakfast Master Skillet and Waffle Maker. Its nonstick skillet and heated coverlid cook food on the top and the bottom simultaneously for a quick breakfast with a lot less effort.  If you don?t have a recipe handy, try out one of these from the Hamilton Beach Recipes page.

PRODUCT TIPS
Before pouring batter into the skillet or waffle grid, always spray them with a small amount of nonstick cooking spray. The skillet is recommended to cook any foods that produce grease. Cooking times for skillet or waffle cooking are based on fresh or thawed ingredients. Waffle color and crispiness is determined by the heat of the temperature grids so the higher the temperature, the browner and crisper the waffle. If the cover of the waffle maker doesn't lift up easily, let your waffle cook a little longer before lifting the lid again. For easy storage, let waffles cool; then pack in an airtight container and store in refrigerator or freezer for later reheating.
